RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, remaining payment is due 7 days prior to the trip launch date.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, money order or personal check. - CLICK HERE TO MAKE A RESERVATION.
GROUP SIZES
We can accommodate most groups with enough notice. Special corporate rates may apply for large groups.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for day trips can be made without penalty 48 hours prior to trip departure. Cancellations for multi-day trips can be made without penalty 14 days prior to the trip departure. If TKS cancels a trip for any reason (inclement weather, etc...), we will refund your deposit minus administrative fees incurred.
LIABILITY WAIVERS
Prior to beginning your activity with the Telluride Kayak School, LLC, you will be required to sign a "Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk" form. A parent or legal guardian is required to sign the form for any child under the age of 18. An original copy of the signed form is requested prior to participating in any activity with TKS. We ask that you read and consider the terms and conditions of our form carefully.
